ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW...
1. Bookings
When booking online; a security deposit will be required for the bikes return.
2. Accessories
We provide locks and helmets (Free of Charge) with all bike hires.
Bike locks: Available upon request
Clipless Pedals: Available upon request
All other accessories can be purchased or hired seperately.
3. What if I get a puncture?
It does happen and it’s out of our control. You will have to call the shop and see if we can pick you up or start walking and we’ll try and get to you. You must not ride on a flat tire as this damages the wheel and you don’t want to pay for the repair.
4. Do you offer insurance for theft?
We don’t. If the bike is stolen we will take your security bond.
5. Rates
Rates for more than day available on request – infos@koolbikehire.com.au
Weekend Hire – Weekends are a premium time, all bike hires over the weekend can be picked up anytime after 3:30pm on the Friday and returned before 12pm on the Monday.
We do not offer a single day hire on Saturdays, weekend rates apply.
