After 7 incredible years, Kool Bike Hire Coolangatta will be closing its doors on Saturday, 11th October 2025.
It's truly been a ride — from our early startup days when locals thought we were crazy for hiring out something different, to welcoming amazing customers who've supported us year after year. You're the reason we made it this far — our shining stars.
We've pedalled through a lot together:
• Covid shutdowns and border closures • Floods and tough seasons • The rise of e-bikes and the ever-changing market • Economic downturns and backyard competitors
But through it all, we've stayed true to who we are — a business built on good vibes, community, and a bit of cheeky honesty (yes, the "If you're a DICKHEAD, don't enter" sign stays legendary).
While our Coolangatta store is closing, the Kool Bike Hire Kingscliff team is still going strong! 🚴♀️
